These terms and conditions apply to direct all our services available online, via email or telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and / or by making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand and agree with all terms and conditions set out below. These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages and online booking service provided on these pages and through this website owned, operated and supplied by ALFA HOTELS SRL, and are provided only for your personal, non-commercial use, under the terms and conditions below.

1. Purpose of Service

Through this website, we, ALFA HOTELS SRL, we provide an online platform through which visitors to the website can make reservations at our location in Predeal Hotel Carpathian respectively. By booking a room through www.hotelcarpatipredeal.ro, enter a contractual relationship (which requires the legally) with ALFA HOTELS SRL. From the moment you make your reservation, your booking details will be sent directly to the hotel and also sending these details of your hotel booking to you.

Our services are available solely for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, you may not resell, use, copy, display, store or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

All prices on the website are displayed including VAT www.hotelcarpatipredeal.ro and all other taxes, unless otherwise stated on our website or email confirmation.

Sometimes the lower prices are available on our website for a specific stay at the hotel, but these prices may have special restrictions and conditions, for example with regard to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and price details carefully for any such conditions prior to booking.

2. Confidentiality

ALFA HOTELS SRL respects your privacy. Unless required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure excluding the transmission hotel name, mailing address, e-mail and details of booking and payment processor for payment by credit card, we will not disclose your personal information to third party without your consent.

3. Cancellation policy /No show

Making a reservation, you accept and agree with the cancellation policy / no-show and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your booking or during your stay, including for services rendered and / or products offered by the hotel.
Please check the room details carefully for any such conditions prior to booking.
Please note that you can be charged in case of cancellation / no-show in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel.

4. User Notifications

As a user, you understand and agree to the following responsibilities:

- To maintain and renew, when applicable, the registration data to be true, accurate and complete.

By accessing the reservation form that you send your personal data to make a reservation or newsletter subscription you acknowledge that you agree to the following:
- Personal data required to be collected, stored and processed by ALFA HOTELS SRL;
- Personal data to be used in order to complete the contract and in view of subsequent contacting.

5. Review the terms and conditions

ALFA HOTELS SRL, as administrator of the website www.hotelcarpatipredeal.ro may, at any time and without notice, revise these Terms and Conditions by updating them. You must comply with any and all such revisions and therefore you should visit this page of our website regularly for updated notifications to take notice.

Hotel policy:

Accommodation / release room

Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out ends at 12:00.

Children Facilities:

Children up to 6 years old have free accommodation, in the room with 2 adults without extra bed (breakfast on request).
Children aged 6 years and 14 years old are free of charge in the room with 2 adults without extra bed (breakfast required).
Children over 14 years old pay full accommodation (in a double room with 1 adult) and 50% of the value of a place per room and breakfast (in a luxury double room and studio with 2 adults).

Rates include VAT. The rates do not include the rescue fee (5 lei / person / night). Local taxes are paid at the reception.

Depending on the occupancy level, hours may be changed.

There is no space for cots in the room.

There is no space for extra beds.

Payment methods accepted

Credit cards are accepted, and cash and bank transfer.

Booking conditions

Booking accommodation spaces shall be made in writing by completing the reservation form on-line, by fax or e-mail.

Order booking will be confirmed / refuted by the hotel in writing within 24 hours. Supplementing further ordered hotel services will be subject to a new booking order.

If you are booking for telephone / fax / e-mail and do not have your card available data, the advance payment is required to confirm booking.

Conditions for modification / Cancellation

All changes and cancellations will be made only in writing, stating the date, order number and name clearly reservation of the customer in whose name the reservation was made.

INDIVIDUAL TOURISTS:

up to 2 days before the start of the stay: cancellation is made without penalties for the Beneficiary
less than 2 days before the start of the stay: The Beneficiary will make the full payment of the canceled services or at least the first night of accommodation.

GROUPS (minimum 10 people):

In the case of group bookings, the Beneficiary can cancel the entire program without penalty, 14 days before the arrival date of the customers.

for cancellations made between 13-3 days before arrival, the Provider will invoice 30% of the contracted rate for the canceled rooms
2-1 days before the arrival date, the Provider will invoice 50% of the contracted rate for the canceled rooms
on the day of arrival, for any cancellation, the hotel will invoice the Beneficiary 100% of the contracted rate.

SPA CENTER

Access to SPA CENTER is with surcharge. Access is only granted with suitable equipment (bathrobe, towel, slippers) either personally or surcharge - 15 RON / article.
The opening hours are from 14.00 to 22.00.
Children under the age of 14 may enter the SPA area only with adults.

Smoking

No smoking is permitted in the rooms or public spaces. There are special places.

Parking space and cars

Free parking is possible on site if available. No reservation is required for parking.
Although we take every precaution we accept no responsibility in case of theft or damage on our property area.

Pets

Pets is not allowed.

Hotel Policy Changes

Hotel policy may be changed without making any prior notification.
